Modern Apartment situated in private condominium in the village of Fuseta – a very untouched piece of the East Algarve. The internal décor is modern and rich offering the classic elements of a perfect holiday rental. Its ground floor position is easily accessible, with a patio perfect for al fresco dining and an adjoining Residents pool. A short walk leads you to the heart of the village, with its delightful choice of restaurants and beautiful golden sands or the nearby beach island of Armona.
The inviting entrance hall firstly leads to the generously sized and well-equipped kitchen with all major appliances and utensils included. Ahead, the open plan lounge/diner waits to welcome you, richly furnished with comfy sofas, a large polished blackwood TV unit and cupboard, complemented by matching dining table and chairs. Light radiates through the lounge patio windows opening to a balcony with dining table and chairs, ideal for breakfast or pre dinner-aperitifs. To the right hand side, 2 generously sized bedrooms include a king size room and a twin room, one with an ensuite shower facility,and an additional separate bathroom. The Residents pool is reached by elevator or stairs - ideal for adults morning exercise and for childrens playtime, before or after the beach.
This is a private accommodation and guests will be able to access all advertised areas and use all advertised facilities. The apartment is a one-level property with elevator access from the road side and to the private underground garage parking.
