Sandcastles 113 is just steps to the pool and the beach

Please note: 98% of all booking request are accepted in less the 30 minutes.

This smoke-free condo is very traditional in style among other stylish furnishings, and is bright and clean. This unit is on the ground floor just steps away from the heated pool, the hot tub and the white sandy beach. The patio faces south which receives a good deal of sun and is even complete with table & chairs. The master bedroom has a king size bed and spacious dressing and closet areas. While the 2nd bedroom has 2 full size beds. There is even a Pack-N-Play porta-crib for the really young ones.
Other Features are 2 full baths, a well equipped kitchen, dining area, a large Hi-Def 60' Color TV / DVD with expanded cable, and each bedroom has a new LCD Color TV w/DVD. In this unit you will find almost everything you could possibly need - - dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, ironing board with iron, blow-dryer, towels, and linens. You name it and we've provided it for your enjoyment. There is even a full washer and dryer in the unit.

The Sandcastles has outside surveillance cameras.

If you have to cancel we will give you your money back if we re-rent the condo for the same time and the same rate minus a $100.00 fee.

The pool & hot tub is open from 9:30 am to 10 pm. Please note: if the outside temperature gets below 60 the pool will be shut down till the outside temp go’s back up above 60. Pool hours may change at anytime.

We are here to help just ask. If you are not booking from Sat. to Sat. please click on the contact owner button to see if I can work your dates in before you click on the request to book button. We will give you a refund on the rent and the cleaning fee if you have to cancel this booking if we can re-rent the condo for your dates minus a $100.00 administration fee.
Please email if you need more info. 3 night rentals is for off season or to feel in long term rentals.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Property was well kept and it was very peaceful. A few small items could be improved - we would have liked to bbq but there were no tools and a blue recycle bin would have been useful.

Great place to stay

We enjoyed our stay! The beach was beautiful and right outside the gate. The pool was heated and very nice. The patio was great for starting the morning. Keith was so accommodating and quick to respond to any questions. The condo was spacious and decorated so beachy.

Great Location

The condo was just a stones throw to the beach gate. I am so thankful it was the first floor. Everything you need is there in the condo including washer/dryer. Great area for restaurants, Victory cruise for a day, the pool was right there and most of all Keith was great. I will stay again.

Such a wonderful property!

This was the best vacay we have been on in a long time! Everything was super clean and beautiful. You can pull your car up straight to the door so packing and unpacking was not a hassle. The beach is so close and not crowded at all. Everyone was super accommodating, and The library and games in the condo were fabulous for downtime with the kids. There was also quite a selection of sand toys and beach stuff to use. We will definitely be booking again!

Fantastic Time!!

My family of six stayed at this 2 bedroom condo on the beach and had plenty of space. The rooms were clean and beach accompanied chairs and umbrella were invaluable! The owner was very quick to respond to our needs though we really didn’t have any. We were worried about the increase in COVID but Keith explained that they adhere to the CDC cleaning recommendations. We had a fantastic time despite one day of thunderstorms that tore through Cocoa Beach. No power outage at the condo and we had continuous WiFi. Thanks again Keith. We look forward to staying here in the near future.

Our stay in Sandcastles 113 was perfect! Keith was amazingly responsive and checked in with us to be sure we didn't have any issues getting in the property (we didn't have any issues!) The condo was clean and so convenient to the beautiful pool and hot tub. The beach was so close too which made it the perfect location for us. We did a day at Disney too which was just an hour away. Great place to stay. Highly recommend!

We booked last minute due to a schedule change and couldn’t have been happier! The property manager was quick to respond and super helpful. The photos don’t do this place justice—it had everything we needed for beach and pool days. The pool and beach are just steps away, and my 5-year-old loved swimming day and night!It was windy during our stay, but with the pool open until 10 p.m., my son was in heaven. Great location for food and fun—we’d definitely stay here again!

Great time - Wonderful Place

We loved staying at the property over spring break. It was very spacious for both families. Close to the beach and pool. Loved being on the first floor with a lovely backyard for the kids to run and play in. Property manager was very responsive and made check in/out very clear. We definitely would stay here again.
