About this property

Beach Condo/ Island Beach Resort/No Cleaning Fee/ Condo 309

Condo 309 at Island Beach Resort is on the third floor and overlooks the pool/ocean. It has three flat screen TVs, a king bed in one bedroom and 2 fulls in the other bedroom. Condo 309 has gorgeous ocean views from it's balconies and is a mere one-minute walk to the private beach entrance. SOME AREAS ARE UNDER CONSTRUCTION, PLEASE CALL TO SEE IF A DISCOUNT APPLIES TO YOUR BOOKING.

Daily maid service is available upon request for a nominal fee. For your convenience, we have a laundry facility on the first floor. The building has a full service restaurant that is open daily for lunch and dinner. We also have an onsite gift shop boutique.

Check-in: 4:00pm. Check out 11am. If arriving after 5pm, please pre-arrange a lockbox pick up with the front desk 772-229-3006.

Third party sites like Airbnb may charge travellers a SERVICE FEE which is payable directly to Airbnb and does not get paid to the host or property owner.

A: Dishware, dinnerware, silverware, glassware, limited qty of pots/pans, limited serving utensils, blender, drip coffee maker, 2 kitchen towels, 2 dishwasher tablets. Guest should bring coffee & filters, condiments, extra paper towels, and trash bags.

Q: What linens does my condo have?
A: 6 pool towels, 12 bath towels, 8 hand towels, 8 washcloths, black makeup washcloth, bathmat. Please, no linen exchanges.

Q: What other amenities are provided?
A: 1 box tissues, 4 beach chairs, mop/bucket/broom in closet, hair dryer, iron, no safe

This place was great

I would definitely stay here again. I loved sitting in the porch looking at the ocean. The food at Shuckers was the best we ate all week. Loved it!!!!

Had to evacuate property a day early because a sprinkler head broke and flooded the 3rd floor hallway and power had to be shut off. Management was helpful finding alternative hotels and promised to credit for the night.
