Da a Landa in the historic center, a stone's throw from the sea

Monterosso al Mare, Cinque Terre, the apartment is located in the most characteristic area of the historic center, a few steps from the sea. It is cozy, bright, well furnished, and very well equipped.
It is just a few meters from a pastry shop, supermarket, bars, restaurants, boutiques, and wine bars.

The apartment consists of a bedroom with a king-size bed, a living room with a queen-size sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchenette, a bathroom, a storage room, and a balcony.
The balcony overlooks the village's most characteristic staircase, ensuring a relaxing stay.

The apartment is located on the first floor of a small building equipped with Free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, washing machine, and TV (Smart TV with satellite channels).
All windows are equipped with mosquito nets.

The apartment is suitable for 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults and 1 child or 1 adult and 3 children, as the sofa bed is a queen-size bed.

Upon request, we can provide a cot/crib (free of charge, subject to availability) for children up to 3 years old.

We provide towels, sheets, and beach towels, which are included in the price.

Guest access
The apartment will be entirely and exclusively available to guests. There are no shared areas with anyone else.

This apartment is not suitable for people with mobility issues as there is a short climb with long steps to the entrance of the building and a staircase with 8 steps to reach the front door.

The village of Monterosso is a pedestrian zone. If you ARRIVE BY TRAIN, the apartment is a 10-minute walk from Monterosso train station along the seafront. If you ARRIVE BY CAR, there is a paid parking lot at the entrance to the village (LORETO PARKING) just a 5-minute walk from the apartment where you can park your car for €25 per day for the first two days and then €10 per day from the third day onwards.

Other things to keep in mind

IMPORTANT:

CHECK-IN is between 5:00 PM and 6:00 PM.

If you arrive before check-in time, you can leave your luggage in the office below the apartment.

For arrivals on Saturdays and Sundays and on weekdays after 6:00 PM, remote check-in via video call will be arranged and the keys will be available in the key locker box at the entrance to the building. We will provide you with the code for the key locker box.

CHECK-OUT is at 1:00 PM on the day of departure.

Check-out instructions:

Dispose of trash: You will be provided with a card for disposing of trash in the recycling bins.

Turn everything off:
Close all windows and French doors.
Turn off the lights and air conditioning every time you leave the apartment.

Return the keys: Leave the keys on the table in the apartment and close the front door.

- The Municipality of Monterosso has recently introduced a “tourist tax” of €3 per person (over the age of 12) for the first 3 days of your stay. The “tourist tax” will be collected in cash from the guest upon arrival and a receipt will be issued on behalf of the municipality.
