Wrapped in the quiet embrace of Alcamo Marina’s vineyards and just 1.5 km from Calatubo Beach, this modern residence blends contemporary lines with warm Sicilian touches, creating a polished and serene retreat with expansive outdoor living.
Villa Zagara di Calatubo offers a bright open-plan living area with a sofa, smart TV and a well-equipped kitchen with an island, all facing a wide glass opening that flows onto the furnished patio with dining area, lounge space and poolside access. Two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower form the sleeping quarters, each room air-conditioned and fitted with mosquito nets. A 5mx5m infinity pool with a 2mx11m swim lane anchors the solarium, complete with sunbeds, outdoor shower and an additional patio with sink, worktop and charcoal barbecue. An extra external bathroom with WC and basin and a laundry area are available for guest use. An external staircase leads to a panoramic terrace where a small gym overlooks the vineyards, the sea and the castle of Calatubo.
