Kingswear is a pretty village known for its prominent Kingswear Castle, delightful steam train, and proximity to all the amenities available in Dartmouth, which is only a short and scenic ferry ride away! Close by, you will also be able to join the South West Coastal Path and take a scenic walk along the beautiful Devon Coastline.


This property can be seen from the very front of Kingswear boasting beautiful full frontal views of the River Dart. Waterhead View comes with a terrace with glass balustrades therefore, all views are uninterrupted and garden space below the terrace. This is perfect for all the family or a quiet romantic break enjoying the peaceful atmosphere of the village. Waterhead View can sleep up to 5 people and accepts pets, the kitchen, living and dining space is to the front of the property and the bedrooms and bathrooms are located towards the back, there are steps from the roadside to the property however, once you're there enjoy a property that is all of one level. Waterhead View is within meters of the local bus stop and a 5 minute walk from the local pub and restaurant.

Bathroom 2 This is a Jack and Jill bathroom shared between bedroom 1 and 2. There is a walk in shower, basin, w.c.





Garden and Parking This is a two-tiered garden, the lower level is a gravelled area and above is a terrace with glass balustrades. There is also a rear courtyard/drying area. Parking is provided with this property in the Dart Haven Marina Car Park. Please provide your vehicle registration details when booking.





Security Deposit This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.


Pets Welcome Maximum of 2 small pets, £25 per pet per week.


Power and Heat Electricity is included in the rental. Electric heated towel rails in both bathrooms. Underfloor heating in the kitchen and lounge.


Bedding and Linen Bed linen and towels are provided (please bring your own beach towels).
