Larches Cottage is a pretty little three bedroomed cottage in an enclosed L shaped upper courtyard along with two other cottages.

(There is a lower courtyard with access to the communal garden and barbeque area.)

The kitchen and living room are one combined, open plan space.

Kitchen; There is a farmhouse kitchen table with five chairs and two bar stools at the kitchen worktop area.

Living room: there are two big sofas, a bean bag, small arm chair and an electric 'gas' fire.

Downstairs WC and sink. Stairs up to the bedrooms and small bathroom. I x King, 1 x Twin and 1 x Single. Each with chest of drawers and wardrobe (except the twin - there is a clothes rail in the airing cupboard if needed).

Nestling deep in the heart of the South Hams, the cottage is in a great position to explore the local beaches and country walks.

Lovely few family days away

Our family with 2 children enjoyed our stay at the cottage- it was cosy for the winter days and had everything we needed. Host was really flexible for check in and out times. Location is lovely and rural but with beautiful beaches in reach plus a lovely local pub. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Lovely holliday home

Beautiful Cottage

We had a lovely week here with out two teenagers, the cottage was super clean and had all the amenities you would need, Inc all the kitchen gadgets you need to cook with which makes life easy and saves bringing extra stuff. Great communication with host before our stay and the instructions for our visit were easy to follow. We loved the location and the comfort of the cottage. Just beautiful!! We would highly recommend and visit again.

Cosy and well equipped cottage

We stayed at Larches for a week and loved our stay there. The location is very peaceful and isn’t far to beautiful beaches in one direction and shops and facilities in the other (Kingsbridge is lovely). Having stayed at many self catering properties over the years, Larches is up there for the best equipped and comfort level. It’s a very spacious house and we loved the open plan kitchen and lounge. We would definitely recommend and hope to return again.

Beautiful property in a stunning area.

Fantastic and well looked after property. Lots of space, clean and comfortable. Great location to travel the South coast of Devon. The owners were brilliant with communication to make sure we knew how to get there, check in and that we were comfortable. We are a family with two young children and I would highly recommend for anyone to stay at this property. We would definitely come back here in the future. Thanks

Very well equipped with kitchen items - perhaps more T-towels and a hand towel in downstairs loo is needed. Certainly spacious for the five of us with comfortable bedrooms; interesting outside space, though a seat/bench outside Larches would by useful.

Das Cottage war sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Durch die Lage mitten in der tollen Landschaft von Devon war es sehr ruhig. Man kann zb.Dartmouth, Kingsbridge und Totnes sehr gut erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt dort.

Beautiful setting

Wonderful setting, skinny lanes don't scare us! It as good place to stay where you could get to so many of the attractions. Slapton, Blackpool Sands, Totnes, Dartmouth and not too far to Paignton either. Saw family and enjoyed swimming in the sea. Lucky with the weather. House was lovely, great setting to get together with my family from Doncaster and bring back some wonderful childhood memories of visiting Strete where Nan lived. 😍

A lovely cottage in a development of a dozen cottages.

This is a very nice cottage with one large room and a toilet downstairs and 3 nice bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. It is part of an E-shaped development around 2 courtyards and we were lucky that the neighbouring holidaymakers were very quiet. The cottage is in very good condition and very clean with all the equipment and facilities we needed.

The property is well equipped. Parking can be a problem. I suggest notices saying this space is allocated to ........ cottage This would ensure that at least one occupant can park their car in the forecourt. apart from that we had a very enjoyable stay.
