Entrance Level – Living Room & Bedroom

When you enter the apartment, you’ll step into a comfortable living room featuring a
• sofa bed,
• smart TV, and
• work desk.

This space leads directly into the bedroom, which includes a king-size bed and a built-in wardrobe for convenient storage.

Lower Level – Kitchen & Dining

Down a short staircase, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals.
There is a bar-style dining table for four, making it a great spot for breakfast or dinner.

The kitchen leads into a small hallway with:
• a utility room containing a washer/dryer combo, and
• a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink, and toilet.

Sofa Bed Policy

The sofa bed will be automatically set up for bookings of 3–4 guests.

For bookings of 2 guests, there is an additional charge of £40, if you would like the sofa bed prepared.
