Large first-floor apartment in a villa surrounded by the pine forest, just a few steps from the beach. From the terrace, you can enjoy a direct view of the sea. The apartment accommodates up to 8 guests and offers four bedrooms (two double rooms and two with bunk beds), two bathrooms, and a practical layout suitable for families or groups. It includes a washing machine and two private parking spaces in the villa’s large shared garden. To reach the beach, you walk through a park with playgrounds, basketball and tennis courts, and cycling paths. Guests can choose between equipped beach facilities or the free beach.
