Studio di Lou is a cozy apartment in the heart of Como, perfect for those who want to discover the city while staying a few steps from the historic center, the lakefront, bars, restaurants and shops: an ideal location for walking and enjoying the lively atmosphere of the city.
The apartment is a recently renovated two-room apartment, tastefully furnished and designed for couples, friends or small families. It has a living room with dining area and relaxation area, with sofa, ottoman, coffee table and TV, a bedroom with a double bed and a full bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and sink. The kitchenette is well equipped and includes an induction stove, oven, coffee machine and kettle, ideal for relaxed breakfasts or informal dinners after a day out and about. A washing machine is also available for guests, which is particularly convenient for stays of several days.
A big plus is the presence of a private covered garage, a real convenience in the city center. Como train stations and the boat terminal can be reached in about 15—20 minutes on foot or easily by public transport, making it easy to explore the lake and its surroundings.

City Tax: € 3,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 4 nights


Tourist tax: 🏷️ TOURIST TAX
In accordance with local regulations, the Municipality may apply a tourist tax.
The tax must be paid prior to check-in, during the online registration process. The amount is calculated automatically by the system after entering the guest details.
Failure to pay the tourist tax, if applicable, may result in the cancellation of the reservation, as it is a mandatory requirement set by the Municipality.

Check-in: Check-in at the property is allowed only after all guests have been registered and the contract has been signed. The standard check-in window is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM; guests are kindly requested to send a message at least 12 hours in advance, specifying a 30-minute time slot for their expected arrival.  
For late check-in, availability must be confirmed by sending a request to the House Manager.  
Where available, guests may opt for self check-in; however, in this case, they must contact the property to arrange an in-person meeting within the following 24 hours.
