The Space:

Built in warm local brick and set amid mature lawns and tall trees, Villa Susanna pairs rustic textures with modern comforts. Single-level bedroom layout (all en-suite) opens straight to the pool/garden; a separate lower level houses the cinema/game lounge.



Outdoors

Large infinity pool with jacuzzi jets overlooks the Ionian Sea, bordered by loungers and umbrellas for lazy pool days. Dine under the pergola (seating for 10) after grilling on the BBQ. Level lawn and table tennis keep kids—and competitive adults—busy.



Indoors

An airy living room flows to a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Four en-suite bedrooms feature A/C, TVs, safes, and direct access to the pool or garden. Downstairs, the game room brings movie nights to life with soundbar, Blu-ray, PlayStation, and comfy seating.
