In addition to the in-ground pool with local stone edge, there is a mini stone pool ideal for the little ones, comfortable sun loungers, wood-burning oven, barbecue, outdoor shower.
Also present are various amenities that make the property comfortable and cozy: air conditioning, ceiling fans, wi-fi internet, washing machine, hair dryer, TV, mosquito nets, iron and ironing board, dishwasher, electric oven and toaster etc.

The
lovely trullo, whose name was borrowed from the ancient Messapic
language and means "breath," is now a vacation villa equipped with the
most modern comforts, which has managed to preserve its authentic charm
and gives off its best in all seasons.
The estate has a beautiful stone courtyard of over 4,000 square meters, surrounded by centuries-old olive trees and orchard. Everything is marked by sustainability, and the use of certified organic products
makes the orchard safe and mouthwatering, available to guests with the
various seasonal fruits that nature offers: figs, almonds, cherries,
mulberries, etc.
The two swimming pools are among the villa`s most attractive features: the 40-square-meter salt pool, up to 1.3 m deep, and the mini pool
located under a gazebo, made from a wine-making tank, ideal for the
little ones. Around the pool are sun loungers and relaxation chairs.
Only 100 meters away, the private pine forest and wild forest provide a bucolic setting for cool walks.
The large garden is also equipped with wood-burning oven for the most genuine cooking, and mobile barbecue for grilling. Several areas are equipped for relaxation, with hammock and rocking chair.

The
interiors of Trullo Klohi consist of rooms that pamper guests, with the
graceful arches and stone vaults that make the living room charming and
give freshness.
The living area is a room with wooden benches and table and a fireplace, adjacent to the brick kitchen.
The
sleeping area consists of 4 bedrooms: 3 double bedrooms have
independent access, while 1 single bedroom is accessible through the
passage in one of the doubles. Completing the trullo are 2 shower rooms.

Klohi is a vacation villa with trullo and ancient lamia dating back to
the early 1800`s, restored to splendor with respect for the land and the
environment, both out of a vocation for hospitality and out of love for
the family history of the owner, whose great-great-grandfather lived
right here with his large family.

Trullo
Klohi is a large estate with certified organic land, a lovely place
located in the countryside of the Valle d`Itria, but very close to the
center of Ceglie Messapica.
The town boasts an ancient history, a beautiful historic center, numerous cultural, historical and enogastronomic attractions.
In
a few minutes by car you can reach other charming historic centers of
Puglia, such as Ostuni, Martina Franca and Mesagne. The nearest airport
is Brindisi Casale.




- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 21 per person.
- Pool available from May to October.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 80 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Three bedrooms have indipendent entrances.
- The single bedroom is accessible only through one master bedroom.
- Air conditioning not available in every bedroom.
- The house has a ping pong table, a beach umbrella and two beach chairs available for an extra fee and upon request.
