The stretch of beach visible from the apartment is the one managed by the Nettuno beach establishment, while to both the right and left there are free public beaches.
Being located on Corso Italia means enjoying great convenience: the nearest shopping center is less than 100 meters away, the town center is just a short walk, and all services are within easy reach.
In a very central location, Corso Italia no. 46/A, we rent an apartment located on the second floor of a condominium.
Internally, the apartment consists of a kitchen with a small balcony offering a partial sea view, a double bedroom with a balcony overlooking Corso Italia, a small bedroom, and a bathroom with window and shower.
AMENITIES: hob, electric oven with combined microwave function, small dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, washing machine, air conditioning, TV.
SLEEPS: The apartment sleeps 5 guests and includes one double bed, one bunk bed, and one single bed.
LINEN IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE. Linen rental available:
DOUBLE KIT complete with bed and bathroom linen and shower mat: €20
SINGLE KIT complete with bed and bathroom linen: €14
