Definitiv nie wieder!

Wir haben selbst in der Wohnung eingecheckt und niemand war da, uns zu empfangen. Sogar für den Taxifahrer war es schwierig, die Wohnadresse zu finden, da es keine Hausnummer auf der Straße gab. Die linke Seite des Gartentors war gebrechlich und wir fürchten, dass es auf uns gefallen wäre. Ich hatte meine Befürchtungen bei der Gastgeberin geäußert, weil ich im siebten Monat schwanger bin. Als vorübergehende Lösung platzierte mein Freund zwei Holzstäbe, um das Tor zu stützen. Die Gastgeberin wurde umgehend auch mit Bildern darüber informiert. Trotzdem Ihre Antwort war einfach, dass wenn das Tor mit den Holzstäben stabil sei, kein Problem gewesen wäre. Ich war schockiert, als ich hörte, dass Sie überhaupt dachte, es hätte repariert werden können, obwohl es ganz offensichtlich war, dass die Metallbasis des Tors völlig erodiert war. Ich erklärte, dass ein so kaputtes Tor ein Sicherheitsproblem darstelle, da ich schwanger bin. Am Ende hat jemand zwei Tagen später ein Netz als Ersatz aufgestellt. In der Wohnung fehlten viele grundlegende Sachen, wie Spül- und Handseife, Küchentücher. Das Badezimmer war total klein und ich konnte fast nicht rein in der Duschkabine. Mehrere Küchenutensilien, Messer und Pfannen waren waren alt und in schlechten Zustand, die unbrauchbar waren. Darüberhinaus waren die Moka-Kaffeemaschinen völlig verrostet und konnten überhaupt nicht benutzt werden. Als ich die Gastgeberin darüber informierte antwortete Sie, diese nicht verrostet sein könnten.

Strandwohnung

Es ist eine komfortabel eingerichtete Wohnung eine Querstraße vom Strand entfernt. Die zusätzliche Duschkabine im Garten mit Warmwasser vermeidet Sand in der Wohnung. Leider ist der Garten sehr feucht, was viele Stechmücken zur Folge hat. Man kann quasi nicht draußen sitzen. Die Fenster sind aber alle mit Fliegengittern ausgestattet. Das Mobiliar ist teilweise sehr wackleig und sollte ausgetauscht werden.

Toller Badeurlaub und Seightseeing / Ottima vacanza al mare con visite turistiche

Wir hatten eine super Zeit in einem tollen Haus, traumhaft gelegen am sehr schönen und gepflegten Strand. es sind nur zwei minuten zum Strand, wir haben tolle sonnenuntergänge gesehen. Fioranna war immer ansprechbar wenn wir eine Frage oder ein Problem hatten. Ausflüge nach Pisa und Siena waren nicht zu weit. Besonders beeindruckend war der Tarotgarten in der nähe von Orbetello. Ein wenig haben uns die Mücken gestört, aber dank super fliegengittern waren die kein Problem. Siamo stati benissimo in una casa fantastica, situata in una posizione fantastica sulla spiaggia molto bella e ben tenuta. Sono solo due minuti dalla spiaggia, abbiamo visto tramonti fantastici. Fioranna era sempre reattiva quando avevamo una domanda o un problema. Le escursioni a Pisa e Siena non erano troppo lontane. Particolarmente suggestivo era il Giardino dei Tarocchi vicino a Orbetello. Le zanzare ci hanno un po' infastidito, ma grazie alle super zanzariere non sono state un problema.

Proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile. La casa molto carina, in una fantastica posizione a due passi dal mare. Località bellissima e tranquilla. Non conoscevamo il posto ma sicuramente ci torneremo. Abbiamo soggiornato con i nostri cagnolini ed è stato tutto perfetto.

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub in Follonica. Die Lage zum schönen Sandstrand ist perfekt für Familienurlaub. In der Wohnung ist alles da, die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin klappte wunderbar. Ciao Follonica

La casa é in una posizione strategica che permette di raggiungere la spiaggia libera in un minuto a piedi. L'appartamento risulta più piccolo rispetto alle foto dell'annuncio, ma la parte esterna risolve i problemi di spazio, essendo davvero ampio e gradevole. Ringrazio Fioranna per la facilità di comunicazione e l'ospitalità.
