This is your perfect coastal retreat, where modern design meets the ocean breeze. This fully renovated home offers the ideal balance between comfort and leisure for your stay.
Upon entering, you will be greeted by a bright open-plan social area. The living room, equipped with a spacious L-shaped sofa, TV, and air conditioning, invites moments of relaxation, flowing harmoniously into the contemporary kitchen.
The kitchen features a modern dining table for your dinners and is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, coffee machine, and everything you need to prepare meals.
The accommodation is surprisingly spacious and versatile. On the ground floor, you will find a serene double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. Going up the stairs, you will find one more bedroom featuring a double bed, TV, air conditioning, a desk, and an ensuite bathroom.
The outdoor space is the true highlight of this property. On the ground floor, you will have the opportunity to enjoy a private patio with a barbecue and outdoor furniture so you can dine al fresco and relax. On the upper floor, there is also a patio with breathtaking views over the sea and the horizon, the perfect spot to enjoy the sunset.
The bathrooms feature all amenities, including fresh towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience.

Your stay allows for easy access to the island's greatest cultural treasures. In just a few minutes on foot, you will find yourself at the historic Campo de São Francisco and the revered Sanctuary of Senhor Santo Cristo dos Milagres, the spiritual heart of São Miguel. We advise you to take some time to stroll along the famous Portas do Mar, filled with restaurants, ice cream parlours, and lively bars, or easily embark on an unforgettable whale and dolphin watching adventure, with boats departing from the nearby marina.
Beyond experiencing the pulse of the capital, the location is strategic for discovering the island's natural wonders. With excellent access to main roads/expressways, you will be a short drive from the iconic Sete Cidades crater, with its Green and Blue lagoons, one of Portugal's most famous landscapes. The city of Ribeira Grande on the north coast, known for its volcanic sand beaches and perfect surf waves, is also within quick reach, allowing you to easily alternate between the city life of Ponta Delgada and the lush nature of the Azores.

Ponta Delgada Airport is a 7-minute drive from the property.
This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
