Sunny Days is a stylish and modern bungalow nestled in a quiet cul de sac in Bracklesham Bay, just 150m from the beach. This gorgeous property is the perfect holiday rental for a family getaway. Sleeping 6+1 in 3 bedrooms it is ideal for one or two small families to share.

Comprising of:
Bedroom 1: Master bedroom, with king size bed and en-suite shower room
Bedroom 2: Double bed
Bedroom 3: Bunk beds, plus an additional pull out single bed for an extra guest if required (please confirm when booking).

The living space is bright, modern and open plan with a brand new and well equipped kitchen, stylish dining area and comfortable corner sofa for some chill out time in front of the TV or playing games. The conservatory off the dining area leads out to the lawned and decked rear garden and which is a proper sun trap in the summer. The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room and the additional double and bunk room share the family bathroom with bath and over-bath shower. The bunk room has a pull out single for additional young guests.

There is parking for 3-4 cars on the driveway.

Sunny Days is just a couple of minutes walk to the beach and very close to The Beach, arguably the finest beach-front restaurant for miles around. Bracklsham Bay is a small village with a village shop and a couple of restaurants. The village of East Wittering is just a 2 minute drive away with plenty of shops and restaurants and the white sands of East Head and West Wittering beach are just a 5 minute drive.
