Casa dos Francelhos by Atlantic Holiday

Casa dos Francelhos by Atlantic Holiday is a spacious villa located in Funchal, on the beautiful island of Madeira, offering a comfortable and private setting for couples, families and groups of friends. With capacity for up to 8 guests, the villa features four well-appointed bedrooms, two with queen-size beds and two with two single beds each, ensuring flexibility and comfort for all guests.



The property includes five bathrooms, one with a bathtub, three with showers and an additional half bathroom, providing convenience during longer stays. The fully equipped kitchen offers all essential appliances and utensils, including fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, cutlery and tableware, making it suitable for preparing meals at home.



Guests can enjoy a private swimming pool and a dedicated barbecue area, ideal for relaxing moments outdoors. Private parking for two cars is available within the property grounds. Additional amenities include a washing machine, hairdryer, Smart TV with box, as well as baby cot and high chair upon request.



Bed linen and bath towels are provided for all guests. Smoking is not permitted inside the house. Check-in is available from 16:00 until 05:00.



Heated Pool:

Our villa provides the option to heat the pool for your convenience. Please note that this service is available for an additional cost and can be arranged upon request.

During summer, the normal pool temperature is around 17/18°C, reaching up to 26/27°C. In winter, the temperature typically ranges from 14/15°C, reaching up to 23/24°C.



The City Hall charges a local Tourist Tax per guest per night. The charge amounts:



- 2EUR per night;

- This rate applies up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights and does not apply to guests that are under 13 years old.

- This charge must be paid directly to us so we can deliver it to the City Hall.
