Eco Monte by Atlantic Holiday

Eco Monte by Atlantic Holiday is a welcoming villa located in Funchal, on the beautiful island of Madeira, offering comfort, space and panoramic views over the city and the Atlantic Ocean. Designed to accommodate up to 8 guests, this property is well suited for couples, families or groups of friends looking to enjoy Madeira in a relaxed and well-equipped environment.



The villa features three bedrooms, including two with queen size beds and one with two single beds. An additional sofa bed is available in the office area. There are three bathrooms with showers, one of them en suite in the master bedroom, plus an additional guest toilet.



The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, hob, cutlery, plates, dishwasher and all essential utensils needed for home cooking. The living areas are bright and comfortable, and the smart TV with box ensures entertainment during your stay. Air conditioning allows you to regulate the indoor temperature throughout the year.



Outdoors, guests can enjoy a heated swimming pool maintained at approximately 26ºC, a barbecue area next to the pool, and open spaces ideal for relaxing while taking in the views over Funchal. Please note that the fireplace is for decorative purposes only and must not be used.



Additional amenities include a private garage for two cars with an electrical charging plug, washing machine, dryer machine, hairdryer, baby cot and baby chair. Bed linen and bath towels are provided for all guests. Smoking inside the house is not permitted. Check-in is available from 16:00 until 05:00.



The City Hall charges a local Tourist Tax per guest per night. The charge amounts:



* 2EUR per night;

* This rate applies up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights and does not apply to guests that are under 13 years old.

* This charge must be paid directly to us.
