PEPPERTREE BAY CONDO - ON THE GULF BEACH ON SIESTA KEY - This is a fully furnished 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath, condo. It was fully renovated in 2017. There is an elevator. All new stainless appliances, furniture, granite counter-tops, tiled floors, raised ceilings, and we've incorporated the lanai into the main living area (with AC) for more living space than a typical 2 BR unit. The master bedroom has a king bed, night stands, dresser, TV, and walk in closet. The guest bedroom has 2 queen beds, a nightstand, built in dresser, TV, and full closet. Both bedrooms have separate baths with walk in showers. The spacious utility room has a washer and dryer. Cable TV and WIFI are included. There is no landline telephone.

The Peppertree property has a private beach within less than 100 yards, 2 tennis courts, 2 swimming pools, a workout room, covered parking, gas grills and a fishing pier on Sarasota Bay.

Endless restaurants, bars, recreation, and the public beach are within an easy walk or with the local "Jonny Free Ride".

We hope to share our beautiful property and the gorgeous gulf beach facilities with people who will enjoy it like their own.

Monthly rentals required (minimum, required by condo association). Admin charge of $125 is mandated by condo association.
