About this property

We are right on the beach! Location can't be beat! We are one block from the south Bridge (Stickney Point Bridge). Convenience is key to a vacation. You can walk to the grocery, to restaurants, shops, rentals, Ice cream, and so much more. Traffic can get congested on Siesta Key, but at this location, you won't be in the middle of the congestion...you can drive on and off the key with ease.Did you know that Siesta Key also has a free Trolley called The Breeze and you can just wave it down in front of our building and take it anywhere on the key...for free!!

This unit is on the top floor, unit 504. A reserved parking space for this unit is under the building, very close to one of the two elevators. Your car will always be cool and comfortable.

The condo has a fully equipped kitchen: Fridge with ice maker, dishwasher, double deep sinks, disposal, and a washer and dryer. FREE WIFI.

Sheets, towels and beach towels are generously provided. Paper products, dishwasher soaps, bar soaps, hand soaps, and cleaning products are all in the condo and it will feel very much like home.

The complex of House of the Sun provides lounge chairs on our section of the beach. There is a large tub of beach toys and noodles at the pool area, so if you are coming down with kids, don't purchase beach toys until you have checked out the large assortment that have been left behind by previous families. I provide beach umbrellas.
Lounge by our heated pool, play some tennis, video games, ping-pong and air-hockey and be on the beach. House of the Sun has it all.

Guests of House of the Sun enjoy bringing their evening cocktails and snacks to the FIFTH FLOOR DECK. The atmosphere is fun and casual and friendships have been made from this great fifth floor deck with beautiful panoramic views of our beach with its gorgeous white sand. Guests who stay at House of the Sun tend to come back year after year, and I hope that you will, too!

GreatcSpring Break

First time coming to Siesta. The condo was great and close to everything! All amenities you could think of were provided. The pool was nice and the access to private beach area was perfect. We walked to dinner almost every night or took the trolley to the village. The boys definitely had a great time as well being so close to everything.

Lovely

This was a lovely place to stay. I’ve wanted to stay here for years and have wanted to get on that deck for sunset for so long! Finally!! Nice amenities, close to several places to eat, and trolley stops; owner was great to deal with.

Sisters vacation

The condo was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen stocked with everything needed if cooking your own meals. Condo location was perfect for many activities we both enjoyed. My sister and I both enjoyed the beautiful beach. My sister was thrilled to have open play pickleball courts near by. Shopping and restaurants all close by. We had a great time while we were there!

Great location. Walking distance to grocery and restaurants. The beach access is easy and the beach itself is beautiful. The space is very well laid out and very comfortable for 4.

Siesta Key has been my home away from Ohio for over 25 years. About 14 years ago we purchased our first condo on Siesta Key. We now have four condo here and we love all of them! We have a one bedroom at Sea Club II, a couple of 2 bedroom condos at House of the Sun, and a 3 bedroom condo at The Anchorage. They are all within close proximity to each other making it very easy for me to oversee all of them on a regular basis. Dave and I are on Siesta Key from January to the end of April every year and then back again for October and November. You will frequently see me riding my bike up and down the key if you are here during those time frames. I like to post updates on my Siesta Key Facebook Page with regard to happenings on the key. You will find information regarding the Free Trolley Service that will take you from one end of Siesta Key to the other, as well as fun happenings such as the bobcat that took a stroll on the beach one morning to dolphin and manatee sightings. Why they chose this property

I own two condos at House of the Sun because it is well run, the owners take the time to know one-another, and has a friendly atmosphere. The fourth and fifth floor decks are something that very few complexes have on the key. Being able to walk across the street for cocktails at Sniki Tiki, or Captain Curts famous Clam Chowder, or dinner at Claytons or Miguels, or just running across the street to the Crescent Market for some cream for coffee in the morning, make this location so worth-while. Another big plus is that we do not have to deal with the slow-moving traffic to get on and off of the key. So, the long and short end of this story is, GREAT COMPLEX, GREAT LOCATION, ON THE BEACH, EASE TO GET ON AND OFF OF THE KEY.
