Schöne, zentrale Lage in Esbjerg. Nur ca. 1-2 km von vom Stadtzentrum und dem Hafen entfernt. Trotzdem relativ ruhig gelegen. Sehr freundliche Vermieterin, die zeitnah und zuverlässig antwortet.Parkplätze auf der Straße vorhanden. Parkplatz vor der Garage nicht nutzbar, weil zu klein (für ein kleines Auto) wegen der (inzwischen) sehr großen Pflanzen.Die Wohnung selbst ist modern und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Es funktionierte alles. Sie ist aber teilweise etwas "in die Jahre gekommen". Da dürfte das eine oder andere einmal instandgehalten werden (Wohnzimmertisch & Spülbecken wackeln; Fußboden knarrt extrem und er biegt sich an einigen Stellen sehr; Toilettensitz lose; Leisten in der Küche lose). Die Wohnung war - bis auf das Besteck und die Töpfe - gut gereinigt. Viele Elektrogeräte (z.B. Airfryer, Sandwichmaker). Geschirr ist nur relativ wenig vorhanden (z.B. keine tiefen Teller).Nicht entdecken konnte ich bei der Ausstattung Waschmaschine & Trockner. Fitnessraum-/ausstattung und Satelitten-TV. Deutsches Fernsehen war somit nicht vorhanden.Bad und Schlafzimmer sind sehr, sehr klein. Es fehlt ein Kleiderschrank und eine zusätzliche Lampe im Wohnzimmer wäre toll.Insgesamt eine gute Wohnung mitten in Esbjerg.
