Gilles the owner and Veronique the property manager were both extremely friendly, helpful and responsive. The instruction pdf they sent was very detailed and comprehensive. The villa is very much as you see in the pictures. The pool is a good size, clean and can be heated (was 28 degrees for us in May). The is an excellent Intermarche about 5 mins drive towards Antibes and an enormous Carrefour which sells absolutely everything about 10 mins in the other direction. The upstairs master bedroom is the best room with en-suite and balcony, but beware it has steep stairs. There is also a good bedroom on the ground floor facing the pool, with a bathroom shared with 2 smaller double rooms. There is an additional double bedroom with a separate entrance which we didn’t use. There is an excellent large utility with washer, dryer, pool toys, books etc. The kitchen is well equipped, including spices. There is an electric grill outside which we used. The outside space around the pool is excellent with many loungers and shades.The villa is about 10 mins from good bus routes to Antibes centre, and beyond. We had a car and used it but you could manage without one. Overall we felt like we were visiting a family home and were made very welcome by Veronique, thank you.
