GROUND FLOOR – As you enter through the private gated entrance, a wide hallway warmly welcomes you, with rooms branching off on either side. Positioned conveniently for those who prefer ground floor accommodations, a twin bedroom awaits on the left, while a double bedroom awaits on the right. Moving forward, you'll find the bright and airy combined lounge and dining room, offering a respite from the sun and captivating views. Here, you can unwind or indulge in a sophisticated dining experience at the large wooden table accompanied by matching chairs. Adjacent to the lounge and dining room, the fully equipped kitchen seamlessly transitions to an upper al-fresco dining patio, shaded and conveniently positioned next to a traditional BBQ and a food preparation balcony. This space is perfect for leisurely lunches and embracing the marvelous vistas spanning the rooftops of Tavira, reaching majestically towards the sea.
FIRST FLOOR - For those who prefer slumbering on the first floor, the villa provides a choice of a Master bedroom with an ensuite shower room, as well as two additional double bedrooms, all featuring fitted wardrobes. The double bedrooms share a bathroom, ensuring convenience and comfort.
Lower Ground Floor – The villa's lower ground floor comprises the swimming pool and terraces. You can either follow the sloping perimeter filled with lush green shrubbery or take the stairs from the kitchen patio, catering to your preference. The poolside ambiance is enhanced by the surrounding tree-lined landscape and adorned with delightful calçada paving, providing a completely enclosed and secure space for children to play.
