Within to this cosy lounge area, an extended dining table invites you to savor elegant meals where alongside you'll discover a galley-style kitchen, fully equipped with a superb range of appliances. Continuing on the ground floor, you'll find a guest bathroom.



FIRST FLOOR BEDROOMS

Ascend the stairs to find four exquisitely decorated bedrooms. Two king size rooms for couples offer attractive ensuite shower rooms, whilst two front facing bedrooms are with twin beds boasting contemporary furnishings and spacious wardrobes along with a pretty, shared shower room.



OUTDOOR AMENITIES:

Step out from the elegant lounge to a private pool, complete with comfy seating and sunbeds, ideal for taking a refreshing dip after a day at the beach. Ascend the internal staircase to your magnificent rooftop terrace, where convenient kitchen amenities make alfresco catering an absolute delight. LEGAL REQUIREMENTS

AIMA (Borders Authority): Portuguese law requires us to collect passport details for all non-Portuguese guests. This is done securely during the online check-in process.

Tourist Tax: Some municipalities in the Eastern Algarve charge a Tourist Tax. If applicable for your property, you will be informed at the time of booking.



GUEST VERIFICATION & DAMAGE PROTECTION

For platforms that do not offer guest insurance, we work with Truvi, a leading guest-screening provider. Before your stay:

You can choose between a refundable damage deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver.

We recommend the damage waiver for peace of mind in case of accidental damage.
