Shepherd’s Hut Discovery – Peaceful Somerset Levels Escape
Nestled on the edge of the Somerset Levels, our handcrafted Shepherd’s Hut, Discovery, offers easy access to a network of scenic footpaths and is just a short stroll from the charming village of Aller.
Set on a working dairy farm with private parking, you can relax on your own decking area and take in uninterrupted views across the surrounding countryside, where livestock and local wildlife are part of everyday life.
Discovery sits next to grazing animals, including our Grey Faced Dartmoor sheep and their lambs, giving you an authentic and peaceful rural experience.
The sitting/kitchen/bedroom area is well equipped and has a fully operational wood burning stove. There is a fully fitted shower room with loo and wash hand basin.
Outside the french doors is a large balcony where you can sit and enjoy the sunshine and the extensive views of the Somerset Levels.
In the garden area there is a fire pit with further seating.
