In just minutes, you can walk from the house to the steps of the white sands of the Emerald Coast. With the worry of parking out of the way, you can enjoy the relaxing beach village experience combined with the convenience to amenities sought after by discerning vacationers like yourself. It's no wonder it's popular. This home is surrounded by the natural beauty of three rare dune lakes—Stallworth, Allen and Oyster—and a public section of the beach where ocean fishing yields such prizes as Pompano and Redfish. This house comes with amazing amenities for ultimate guest comfort and convenience. Grab the Yeti 45 cooler, load down the beach wagon, and head to the beach. With the close proximity to the house, vacationers can lounge on the public beach all day without any worries. If you plan to fish, then be sure to grab the Yeti 5-gallon bucket. Every other fishing need can be found at Stinky's Bait Shop, also within walking distance.

This may well be your favorite spot! Take advantage of the on-site 6-seater golf cart, included with your rental. Walton County is one of the few places where golf carts are street legal so take advantage of this fun while you are here and cruise 30A. And don't forget the main event...It's just a short 3-minute walk to the beach access. If you prefer, hop on one of the 4 Yolo Cruiser bikes, and you will be there in no time. There's even the option to load up the Yolo paddle board for fun in the water. Either way, the beach is right where you can find it.

Newly built in 2014, this chic coastal retreat has been completely re-decorated and re-furnished for the 2018 season. It offers 2 floors of interior living, relaxing and inviting... all arranged under soaring 10-foot cathedral-style ceilings. The open concept fully-stocked kitchen, dining, and living area offer several gathering options for eating, playing games, or just being together. The dining table seats 6 with 5 extra bar stools next to the enormous granite island. In addition, there is a quaint wooden picnic table on the front porch and another dining table in the outdoor entertainment area if "dining al fresco" is your preference.

Find one of two master suites conveniently located on the main floor, featuring a king-size bed and attached bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The powder room sits just off the kitchen alongside a spacious pantry/laundry room. Upstairs you will enjoy the second King master suite featuring a king-size bed and attached private bathroom with an additional walk-in shower. Relax on the upstairs balcony just off this room overlooking the streets of Dune Allen Beach. Dune Allen is within walking or biking distance to the restaurants and nightlife of Gulf Place, as well as, other local eateries like Stinky's Fish Camp. Take a short walk or drive to the Cumberland convenience store for those quick snacks, and for easy breakfast and coffee, it's a breezy bike ride to Perfect Pig or Sunrise Coffee, which also serves Charlie's Donuts made fresh every day. Shunk Gulley Oyster Bar at Gulf Place is a 1-mile ride down 30A and features daily live music...simply an incredible place to watch the sunset, some great tuna poke and cocktails. And no beach trip is complete without ice cream. Pecan Jacks at Gulf Place and Blue Mountain Beach Creamery are great spots for this indulgence. Longleaf Greenway Trailhead is just a few minutes down the road off 30A. This is a Florida state forest trail for the enjoyment of bicyclists, hikers, runners and nature lovers. Head a few minutes further east on 30A to Grayton Beach and access many fabulous local eateries like Black Bear Bread Co. and Stumptown coffee. Sunday brunch at the Red Bar or a beer on the deck at Chiringos are other favorites in the area. It is also worth visiting the Grayton Beer Company where you can fill up with something delicious like the Beach Permit Blonde Ale or the Fish Whistle IPA to enjoy back on the deck as the sun goes down.
