House & Lake - Pescate - Lecco

House & Lake is located in the municipality of Pescate, directly overlooking the Adda River. Just a few meters from the apartment, along the pedestrian and cycling path, there is a children's playground and direct access to the lake. The area is well served by public transport (bus) and is only a 5-minute drive from the center of Lecco, which can also be reached in about 15 minutes by bike. A convenient mini-market is just a 5-minute walk away.  
The apartment is spread over two levels.  
On the first floor, the entrance is through a large balcony with a splendid view of the lake. From here, you access the living room, a double bedroom, the kitchen, and a bathroom with a bathtub.  
The upper floor features a single bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, a second double bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower.
