The hill town Sant Angelo in Pontano is a busy, living town with restaurants, cafes, bars and shops and a weekend market. A 5 minute stroll down the cobbled street takes you to the main piazza. The Adriatic coast is less than 40 minute drive or take the bus for a day tri. Or discover the stunning Sibillini mountains by car , its a spectacular drive less than 30 minutes drive. Spend the day at Lake Fiastra, a huge mountain lake with swimming and restaurant, bars etc. There is also a ski resort if you visit in the winter months.Visit Macerata, Fermo and Ascoli Piceno.
