The unit occupies the ground and first floors of a traditional three-story house and has its own private entrance. The house also includes a separate attic unit, accessed via an external staircase.

The location is ideal for exploring Cerro without a car: the lake, small harbour, and beach, as well as restaurants, bars, a supermarket, a children’s playground, and a sailing school, are all within easy walking distance.

Private parking is available upon request directly in front of the house (suitable for small cars); alternatively, a large public car park is located about 100 metres away.

The ground floor features a welcoming entryway with a fireplace, a bright living room with a comfortable double sofa bed and a small private green patio, a spacious and fully equipped kitchen with a dining table for six, a recently renovated bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a laundry area with a washing machine and dryer.

The kitchen, equipped with a dishwasher, oven, and induction cooktop, opens onto a large private outdoor area surrounded by lush jasmine hedges, palm trees, and lemon trees. It features a shaded dining area for 8–10 people and a barbecue, ideal for outdoor lunches and dinners.

The ground floor includes a cosy relaxation area with a one-and-and-a-half-size sofa bed, the master bedroom overlooking the village and the mountain peaks on the Piedmont shore, a walk-in closet, and a bathroom with a bathtub/shower overlooking the garden.

The house is ideally located for visiting the Borromean Islands, the Hermitage of Santa Caterina del Sasso, Angera Castle, and the Sasso del Ferro cable car.

Laveno Mombello is about a 10-minute drive away and offers a wider selection of shops, restaurants, bars, and other services, as well as the ferry terminal connecting the two shores of Lake Maggiore, including car ferry services.
