The dining room has an extendable table with 6 chairs, comfortable sofa, tourist information corner with books, information brochures and maps of the area, TV and games for children.
The 3 bedrooms are all comfortable, bright, with digital terrestrial TV, there is free wi-fi internet service.
There are 2 bathrooms:
Bathroom 1: comfortable, with shower, bidet, toilet, heated towel rail, sink, 2 hair dryers, medicine house.
Bathroom 2 with 1 sink, heated towel rail, and toilet.

The garden is equipped with a gazebo, large table with 8 chairs, large gas barbecue.

super fun house for family's with children

We have had the most warm welcome ever bij Gianni, Elena and Anna: kind words, soup and bread, fresh fruit, herbs from the garden: we felt at home at once! Our kids loved the house full off surprises: so many games and toys. The house is in a tiny village and close by the Lago Maggiore: plenty of beautifull villages and nice restaurants in the neighbourhood. There is one disadvantage: the football-table in the basement was so much fun that it is was quite addictive and added some serious competention between de boys and girls in our family ;-)...

Sehr, sehr nette Gastgeber. Elena und ihr Papa Gianni sind wirklich toll. Im Haus warteten schon eine Suppe, Brötchen, Getränke und Obst auf uns. Hunde und vor allem auch Kinder sind hier sehr willkommen. Es gibt einen unendlichen Fundus an Spielsachen. Der Keller gleicht einem Kindergarten. Hier fehlt es an nichts. Es ist ein sehr sauberes Haus und vor allem das "Kinderzimmer" ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich hier willkommen.Lediglich die fehlende Klimaanlage ist ein Manko. Man muss im Inserat schon sehr weit klicken, um auf die Ventilatoren zu stoßen.

Heerlijk verblijf bij super gastvrije mensen

We hebben een heel fijne vakantie gehad met onze zoon van 6 en onze hond. Er is genoeg speelgoed waar kinderen zich mee kunnen vermaken (tafelvoetbal, spelletjes). Het huis is ruim, licht en schoon en de eigenaren zijn geweldig. Heel behulpzaam en beschikbaar maar allesbehalve opdringerig. Een aanrader.

Schöner Aufenthalt!

Das Haus ist liebevoll saniert und sehr gepflegt. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Das es etwas abgelegen vom See liegt haben wir sehr genossen. Familie Magistris ist herzlich, liebevoll und überaus freundlich. Wir haben uns jederzeit willkommen gefühlt! Für Familien mit Kindern eine klare Empfehlung. Die Eltern können im Garten entspannen, die Kinder toben sich an den schier unendlichen Spielmöglichkeiten aus. Für sie ist es das Paradies :)

Perfektes Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus war piccobello sauber. Wir wurden herzlichst empfangen und haben einige wunderschöne Tage in dem Haus verbracht. Das Haus ist in tadellosem Zustand, sehr durchdacht und perfekt für Familien mit kleinen und größeren Kindern, da es einen großen Spielebereich gibt. Es war das beste Ferienhaus, in dem wir je waren! Leidenschaftliche Gastgeber und tolles Haus!

Wir hatten 10 wundervolle Tage in Santino. Das Haus ist sehr schön und bot uns (4 Erwachsene, 1 Kind, 1 Hund) ausreichend Platz. Der große, komplett eingezäunte Garten, sowie der mit Spielsachen und Elektrogefährten gefüllte Keller sind ein wahres Kinderparadies. Beim Frühstück im Gartenpavillon konnten wir morgens die Eidechsen, auf der Jagd nach den ersten Sonnenstrahlen beobachten. Ein Fliegengitter bietet Schutz vor den leider sehr aggressiven asiatischen Tigermücken. Schutzsprays und Cortisonhaltige Allergiesalben sind sehr zu empfehlen. Die Familie Magistris sind leidenschaftliche Gastgeber. Wir wurden am Anreisetag mit einer super leckeren, hausgemachten Gemüsesuppe, sowie frischem Brot und Obst empfangen. Die Lage war für uns absolut optimal. Nicht direkt am See sondern etwas außerhalb war es schön ruhig. Lediglich von der benachbarten Bar drang Abends noch etwas Musik und Gelächter herüber, was uns nicht weiter gestört hat. Verbania und der nächste Zugang zum See beispielsweise in Pallanza oder Intra sind in 10-15 Minuten erreichbar. Zum Einkaufen stehen kleinere Dorfläden, aber auch LIDL, Penny oder ALDI zur Verfügung. Sehr zu empfehlen ist Tigros. Hier haben wir die größte Auswahl im Sortiment gefunden. Lecker gegessen haben wir in der Villa Bianca in Ghiffa, im La Griglia di Tano in Bieno und im Hostaria Vita in Stresa. Das beste Eis gibt es in der Gelateria di Cannobio. Ausflüge zu den Borromäischen Inseln und zum Markt in Cannobio dürfen nicht fehlen.

Alles was das Herz begehrt

Tolles Haus in ruhiger Lage mit unbeschreiblich viel Beschäftigungs,-und Spielmöglichkeiten für die Kinder. Dank eingezäuntem Garten auch perfekt für den Hund. Der überdachte Pavillon sorgte dafür, das man auch bei einem Schauer trockenen Hauptes draußen sitzen bleiben konnte. In der Nähe eine tolle Badestelle und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten auch nicht allzu weit entfernt. Tolle Gastgeber, die uns herzlich empfangen haben und uns freundlich mit sämtlichen Informationen versorgt haben. Zur Begrüßung gab es eine leckere Gemüsesuppe, Brot und Obst….eine tolle Aufmerksamkeit. Insgesamt waren die Vermieter sehr unkompliziert und jederzeit ansprechbar. Ganz lieben Dank für die tolle Zeit.

Wunderbarer Familienurlaub

Obwohl wir etwas zu früh ankamen, waren die Vermieter zeitnah da und haben uns auf das herzlichste mit hausgemachter Gemüsesuppe empfangen. Wir haben noch nie ein so familienfreundliches und gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus erlebt wie dieses. Über Einkaufs- und Freizeitangebot gab uns Elena umfangreich Auskunft. Bäcker, Supermarkt, Restaurants und See sind innerhalb von 10-15 Minuten problemlos mit dem Auto erreichbar. Die Küche ist dabei so gut ausgestattet, dass wir garnicht auswärts essen wollten. Die in der näheren Umgebung befindliche Badestelle im Fluss ist sehr schön, weswegen wir es oft vorzogen, dorthin zu gehen, um zu klettern, baden und Sonne zu tanken. Das Haus ist äußerst sauber und gepflegt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Soggiorno superiore alle aspettative, la casa è molto spaziosa e dotata di ogni comfort. punti di forza: lo spettacolare barbecue a gas sempre pronto all'uso, la taverna con ping pong e calcetto. Bellissimo il gazebo all'aperto che ospita comodamente 6 persone. posizione comoda per visitare il lago e la montagna. Supermercato a pochi chilometri. Si arriva a piedi al fiume nel quale si può fare uno splendido bagno, da non perdere! Proprieteri accoglienti e disponibilissimi.

Wunderschön

Der Aufenthalt war wunderbar. Das Haus hatte alles was man sich wünschen konnte. Auch ist die Lage des Objektes sehr angenehm. Wir waren mit 2 Kindern dort. Die 2 hatten mega Freude an dem ausgebauten Spielparadis im Keller. Dadurch hatten wir Erwachsenen auch mal Zeit für uns. Draußen saß es sich sehr gemütlich unter dem Pavillon. Dies hatte schöne Abende zur Folge. Der große Gasgrill wurde fast jeden Abend genutzt. Von dem Haus ist man in 30 min fast überall. Wir haben die Ferien sehr genossen und werden wiederkommen. Ein herzlichen Dank an die Vermieter die mefa herzlich sind. Selten soviel Gastfreundschaft erlebt.

Soggiorno piacevolissimo in una località incantevole

Io, mio marito e i nostri due bimbi abbiamo soggiornato 15 giorni in questa casa...l'accoglienza della signora Elena e dei suoi genitori è stata eccezionale, sono persone fantastiche pronte a soddisfare ogni necessità. La casa pulitissima è dotata di ogni comfort ed è super accessoriata, per non parlare della quantità di giochi presenti (che coprono ogni fascia di età) a disposizione dei bimbi. Inoltre la posizione della casa è ideale per poter godere della tranquillità della montagna ma allo stesso tempo della vivacità del lago. I dintorni sono magnifici, con panorami da togliere il fiato. In conclusione..è stato un soggiorno meraviglioso e senz'altro torneremo presto a trovare la famiglia Magistris. Grazie di tutto!!!

Erwartungen übertroffen...! Sehr empfehlenswert!

Wir sind als erfahrene Ferienhausurlauber von dem Objekt (Ausstattung, Sauberkeit, Geräumigkeit, Freizeitangebot, Lage) absolut begeistert gewesen. Da wir auch im Urlaub gerne kochen, haben wir die zahlreichenden Küchenutensilien zu schätzen gewusst. Gegessen wurde dann jeden Abend auf der Terrasse, wobei auch der Grill mehrfach zum Einsatz kam. Besonders gefallen hat uns der Spielebereich im Keller. Tischkicker und Tischtennisplatte kamen oft zum Einsatz. Ein weiteres Highlight ist die mit dem Auto 3 Minuten / zu Fuß 10 Minuten entfernte Badestelle am Fluss San Bernardino, die wir jeden Tag angefahren haben. Das Szenario mit Wasserfall, Sprungfelsen und kleinen Badebuchten gleicht Eindrücken aus der Karibik. Von Santino aus ist man in 10 Autominuten in Verbania (beste Einkaufsmöglichkeiten + Bummeln am See + Inseln) und Mergozzo (Bummeln). Ebensoschnell kommt man von dort in die Berge und findet phantastische Wanderwege und sensationelle Aussichtspunkte. Abgerundet wurde das überaus positive Gesamtbild von der ehrlichen Herzlichkeit der Familie Magistris, die uns sehr beeindruckt hat. Dafür und dass wir bei Ihnen so einen tollen Urlaub verbringen durften, möchten wir uns von ganzem Herzen bedanken! Fam. Perin Il oggetto (servizi, pulizia, spaziosità, strutture per il tempo libero, posizione) era assolutamente perfetto per noi. Dato che ci piace cucinare in vacanza, abbiamo apprezzato i numerosi utensili da cucina. E 'stato poi mangiato ogni sera sulla terrazza, dove la griglia è stata utilizzata più volte. Ci è particolarmente piaciuta l'area giochi nel seminterrato. Spesso si utilizzavano il calcio balilla e il ping pong. Un altro punto saliente è la zona balneare di San Bernardino (3 min. in auto), che abbiamo guidato per ogni giorno. Lo scenario con cascata, salto rocce e piccole baie ricorda le impressioni dei Caraibi. Da Santino sei in 10 minuti di auto a Verbania (miglior shopping + passeggiate sul lago + isole) e Mergozzo (passeggiando). Quasi con la stessa velocità puoi salire da lì in montagna e trovare fantastici percorsi escursionistici e punti panoramici sensazionali. Il quadro estremamente positivo è stato completato dall'onesta cordialità della famiglia Magistris, che ci ha impressionato molto. Per quello e che potremmo trascorrere una vacanza così bella in casa vostra, vorremmo ringraziarvi dal profondo dei nostri cuori! Fam. Perin

Independent villa renovated in 2012 on mezzanine floor, all on one level with large private garden (gazebo with table, sun beds, barbecue). Nicely furnished with all comforts, Wi-Fi and satellite TV in each room. Independent kitchen fully equipped. Living room and one bathroom with shower.
In the basement there is a large garage and a laundry room. There is also a large parking space at the side of the house.

The house is located in Santino in the municipality of San Bernardino Verbano, 50m from the main village bar, a few miles from all the amenities of Verbania and Gravellona Toce, at the entrance of the National Park of Val Grande on the way to reach Cicogna village and Alpe Ompio. With 5min walk it is possible to reach San Bernardino river where you can fish and swim in the uncontaminated waters and with 10 minute drive you can reach the pretty Mergozzo lake or catch a touristic ferry from Intra or Pallanza for an Island Tour.
The location is perfect for excursions on Maggiore Lake, Borromean Islands, Orta Lake, in natural parks (Natural Park of Val Grande, Alpe Veglia, Alpe Devero), the Botanical Gardens, the Baths of Premia and Crodo, for summer and winter excursions in the mountains (Macugnaga, Mottarone Vigezzo Valley, Bognanco Valley, San Domenico and Domobianca) where you can sky and practice snowshoes in wintertime. In the surrounding area you can also enjoy golf, water sports, hiking, mountain biking, rock climbing.
