We booked this home so we cid see a concert at Floore’s. The home was clean, quiet, and close to the venue. I’d book again if I’m ever going to the venue again.

This rental was fine for what we needed, which was basically a place to sleep for a couple of nights. Overall the house was clean but one bathroom seemed to get missed in the cleaning and there were no garbage bags. Renee was super responsive and got trash bags delivered to the house within a couple of hours. She was very attentive to our needs and the furniture was comfortable. We did not use the pool, kitchen or outdoor space.

My family and I really enjoyed staying here, the host was very accommodating and we are so appreciative. A few things I would like to note just from feedback from other family members that stayed. A chair in the Main bedroom would be nice, TV's in all the bedrooms would be great, kitchen items like extra trash bags, maybe aluminum foil just standard items you would find at home, and last more towels. A set of 3 just like in the hotels for example Washcloth / Face Cloth: Small, square cloth for washing the face or body, Hand Towel: Smaller, used for drying hands, and Bath Towel: The standard towel for drying off after a shower. There were not enough towels and we had to go buy some. Overall the home was clean, beds were comfy, easy to check in and out. My family and I will stay here again when we return to San Antonio.

House was perfect everything we needed was there only reason im not giving 5 stars is because as advertised i figured the house had a pool not a community pool. Then the community pool had not been cleaned so i didnt even dare take my children there. But other than that the house was beautiful, clean and kept up with. We all enjoyed our little get away from home.

As for the pool, our listing states in both the description and amenities section that the pool is a shared community pool located about a 3-minute drive from the home and that access is seasonal. We also personally clarified this detail with you in a message prior to check-in to ensure there was no confusion and we mentioned the pool was going to be closed during your stay. We genuinely appreciate you choosing to stay with us and are glad you had a lovely time overall.

If you are looking for a great place to stay, this house is great! Very accommodating and the host responded quickly to question I had. Awesome, indeed! Clean, nice kitchen, living room is perfect to relax and unwind, and play room with air hockey table was a big hit with our boys. Community pool excellent to cool off on hot days!!
