Step into the charm of this beautiful old farmhouse, ideal for large family gatherings or groups of friends. Sleeping up to 23 guests, the property offers generous living spaces filled with character, including original exposed beams and traditional features throughout. Please note that this is a rustic farmhouse rather than a modern interior. The décor and furnishings reflect the age and character of the house, and guests should expect a traditional, lived-in style that matches the property’s history. Outside, the property benefits from a large, spacious garden, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the countryside. Please be aware there is open water and a pond within the garden, so children must be supervised at all times. The private driveway can accommodate a maximum of 10 cars; please do not park on the grass. The property is suitable for over-30s only and is intended for quiet, respectful stays however families with children are welcome. Parties and events are not permitted. A noise detector is installed inside the property and an external security camera monitors the front outdoor area only. Up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome by prior arrangement at an additional cost of £30 per dog. Dogs must not be left unattended at the property and all dog mess must be cleaned up from the garden. One travel cot is available for guests’ use. Please note that firewood, charcoal, fire starters and matches are not provided, so guests will need to bring their own if they wish to use any fires. This farmhouse is perfect for relaxed get-togethers where guests can enjoy space, character and a peaceful setting, while respecting the nature of the home and its surroundings. - No parties or events - No visitors (please note charges will apply) - No smoking inside the property - We only accept two small well behaved dogs - Dogs are subject to a £30 per pet per stay dog fee, this must be paid before arrival - Please pick up all dog mess from the garden - Please do not move any furniture - Charcoal and wood for the BBQ is not provided - Please close all windows, turn off the lights and turn heating down to 15 degrees. - We have a camera facing onto the driveway/parking area. - Please note there is one noise detector inside the property - All guests must be over the age of 30 for group bookings however children/families welcome. - Firepit and BBQ must be cleaned after use - Please do not stick anything on the walls or doors as it will take the paint off - No candles please as this is against the regulations for holiday lets - Please be aware there is open water in the garden so all children must be supervised at all times. - A maximum of 10 cars can park on the driveway, please don’t park on the grass
