Three blocks from the beach and three blocks from the main square. 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, 4 air conditioners & ceiling fans. Island w sink, security camera, washer, dryer, dishwasher. UV water filtration, water filtration. Water pressure system. Hot water on demand. Hammock hooks, fridge, stove, microwave. Blinds and curtains throughout. Covered terrace deck with BBQ with filtered pool. Double showers in 3 bathrooms outdoor sink and shower. Tiled floors throughout. Balcony for morning coffee. 5 single beds and two together make king beds. Walk in closet off master and Linnea closet. Pool access from 2nd bedroom. Iron, coffee maker toaster, kitchen dishes and Padilla table and chairs. Sofa, table 6 chairs, TV, Apple TV, Internet..Restaurants and Convience store less than a block away. Merida is 30 minutes away and Progreso 15 minutes.. Been living her for 4 years know the Ruins and Cenote sites. Also taxi carts available for 10 pesos anywhere in Chelem. In the square there is 24 hour pharmacy and local English speaking doctor with regular office hours.

Great Getaway

Kimberly and Stan were great hosts, and the property exceeded our expectations. The pictures don't really show just how nice the property is, and it worked very well for our family of five. We used the pool and grilling porch several times, and the house had all the amenities that we could want. We liked being in the small town of Chelem and felt free to wander around. We were 5-10 minutes from Progressive, which has many restaurant choices. We were also 35-40 minutes from Merida, and we enjoyed learning of its history and exploring the Market on Saturday. Kimberly and Stan were very helpful getting us oriented and informed about the area and made several good recommendations about restaurants and things to do in the area.

This property is central located 5 minute walk from the beach and 5 minute walk to the square. It's not on the beach so damp closes, no sand blowing into the residence, no salt so electronics are not affected. English speaking and Spanish Restaurants located 2, 5, 10, 15 walks. Beers and amenities 2 minute walk..

What makes this property unique

A little fishing village with a blast from the past.. Ruins and Cenotes are scattered throughout the Yucatán with 5 lanes of highway leaving Merida to the Ocean...
