We typically offer Friday arrivals during July and August with a minimum 5 night stay, which helps create a calm, well managed experience for everyone.

We chose this part of Exeter, close to Topsham because it offers the best of all worlds. Your're perfectly placed for riverside walks, independent shops and great food in Topsham, while still having easy access to Exeter city, the estuary, countryside and coast. It's a calm residential area that feels relaxed rather than touristy - ideal for guests who want to settle in and really enjoy their time here. That balance is why we focus on a small number of longer stays each year, allowing guests time to truly enjoy the area.

What makes this property unique
