Right next to the kitchen bar and its two bar stools , there is a dining table with seating for up to 4 people. The living area boasts a comfortable sofa and a Smart TV. This floor also includes a toilet, perfect for guests, as well as a balcony overlooking the inner side of the apartment block, ensuring peace and quiet. Upstairs, the master bedroom comes with a queen size bed and a large wardrobe with plenty of space for personal belongings. This bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom proposes a trundle bed, that can fit one or two people using both single beds. Another bathroom with a walk-in shower is located on the upper floor, as well as an office room, perfect for working from home, and a second balcony. The 6th floor is home to the stunning private rooftop terrace. Please note it is not accessible directly from the home, but through a communal stairway.
