Comfortable apartment located on CASP Street, 41 in Barcelona, a 5-minute walk from Plaza Catalunya, surrounded by shops and restaurants.

This spacious and bright apartment features a private terrace with outdoor furniture and a barbecue, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker, and washer-dryer. It also includes a large living-dining area. The apartment offers air conditioning, heating, a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, and a safe. Access to upper floors is available via an elevator.

We provide all our guests with towels, bed linens, personal toiletries, cleaning products, and a hairdryer.

The apartment has minibar products available for an additional fee based on consumption.

Furthermore, the property offers parking for vehicles (subject to availability) for an additional charge.

Apartment Rules:

In accordance with Article 4 of Royal Decree 933/2021, all guests staying in accommodation establishments located in Catalonia/Barcelona must register obligatorily. To facilitate this, we provide our guests with an app to register all guests before their arrival date.

Tourist tax not included in the price, €6.88 per adult per night.
Please note that the Barcelona City Council will increase the city tax from €6.88 per person per night to €9.35 per person per night starting Oct 1st, 2025.

Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. A penalty of €100 will be charged for smoking in indoor areas.
Parties or loud music are not permitted after 9:00 pm. A minimum fine of €150 will be applied if it becomes necessary to call the police or a security guard to the apartment due to late-night noise complaints.
Please vacate the apartment at the agreed-upon check-out time (11:30) on the departure day and leave the keys inside the apartment on the dining table.
Return ALL sets of keys at the end of the rental period; failure to do so will result in a minimum charge of €50.
On arrival, a deposit of €200 is requested.
