Great new studio apartment, in a quiet area, 5 min from the Palombaggia beaches

The studio is located in the hamlet of Porra, in the hills by Palombaggia beach, near Porto-Vecchio.

The 30-sq.m ground-level studio sleeps a maximum of three and has a separate entrance and terrace. It contains:
- A bedroom with a 160-cm bed and a lounge area with a sofa and a coffee table,
- A bathroom with a washing machine, a large walk-in shower, toilet, washbasin, a mirror and a window.
- A kitchen that is separated from the main room by a double glass door. The kitchen is completely equipped with two electric glass ceramic hobs, refrigerator/freezer, microwave/oven, a table with 2 chairs, iron and iron table, vacuum cleaner,and a Senseo coffee maker.
- A relaxing terrace made of ipé wood that offers a view of the 300-sq.m garden, a true verdant oasis of peace, which cannot be seen into, and enjoys a peaceful location. An electric barbecue as well as a table with chairs allows you to have you breakfast, lunch, or dinner on the terrace.
- Television (with TNT channels) and a DVD player in the living room along with a sofa and an office area.
- The studio apartment has reversible air conditioning (hot/cold) in the room.
- Secure Wi-Fi access
- Private shared parking with the owner
- Animals allowed with prior agreement with the owner
- A baby cot and a high chair are available.

Acceuil très chaleureux , dans un studio très cocooning, dépaysant, endroit calme et ressourçant , énorme coup de coeur ❤️, et placé pas loin de la plage de Palombaggia qui est magique . Je recommande cette location la propriétaire est adorable , et fort sympathique .

Schöne Ferienwohnungen mit wunderbarem Garten

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, viel Zeit auf der Terasse verbracht und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Die kleine Wohnung ist sauber, die Küche gut ausgestattet. Die Besitzerin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und gibt gerne Empfehlungen für Ausflüge oder Restaurants. Man ist mit dem Auto in ca. 8 Minuten an den schönsten Stränden.

Esperienza fantastica, posto strategico

La casetta è davvero meravigliosa, immersa nel verde, riservata , con un ampio giardino privato con tanto di doccia all'esterno per pulirsi dalla sabbia, veranda per pranzo e cena protetta dal sole e barbeque elettrico. Unica pecca la quantità di vespe all'esterno che non ti permettono di stare di vivertela come vorresti, ma ad un certa ora vanno via. La casetta è davvero graziosa, arredata con gusto, camera matrimoniale con bagno ben arredato, cucina e salottino il tutto ben provvisto di accessori per fare tutto, mancava solo la possibilità di fare il caffè con la moca dati i fornelli a induzione, ma in dotazione ci sta la macchinetta con le cialde quindi no problem! La proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile per ogni cosa, ci ha consigliato spiaggie e ristoranti nei dintorni, davvero carina. Che dire, fatevi avanti e non ve ne pentirete!

à 10 minutes (parking inclus) de plages sublimes, à proximité de l'Alta Rocca, studio vraiment bien équipé et confortable, au calme, entouré d'un jardin spacieux. Le plus: l'accueil de Laetitia. Excellent séjour.

sehr schönes Studio in Gartenlage

ruhige Gartenlage, in der Nähe der schönsten Srände. Das Studio ist sehr gut ausgestattet, mit allem was man so braucht. Lätitia war eine tolle Gastgeberin, sehr engagiert, mit sehr guten Tipps für schöne Strände und gute Restaurants in der Umgebung. Ein eigenes Fahrzeug ist unbedingt erforderlich. Aber man ist dann auch in 10 Minuten an super schönen Stränden, beim Supermarkt, und in der Stadt Porto Vecchio. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt jedenfalls sehr genossen :-)

Un superbe séjour avec notre bébé!

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine dans l'appart de Laetitia avec notre bébé de 10 mois. On a particulièrement apprécié : - de pouvoir prendre les petits déjeuners sur la terrasse, au calme, avec le chant des oiseaux :-) - de pouvoir faire des siestes dans le hamac ou sur les transats au milieu du jardin (jardin arboré et fleuri, c'était très chouette) - de pouvoir être conseillés par Laetitia pour les plages et les restaus (on avoue, on n'a pas fait grand chose d'autre...) - d être à proximité des plages en voiture... De vraies vacances dépaysantes pour les citadins que nous sommes! Et puis, côté pratique, l'appart est au top. Rien ne nous a manqué! Et Laetitia avait mis tout le nécessaire à notre disposition pour notre bébé. Les conditions étaient vraiment confortables et... propices aussi, du fait que l'appart est de plain pied, pour une expérimentation du jardin à quatre pattes ;-). Encore merci à Laetitia pour cette superbe semaine!

Amazing and cosy!

We spent a lovely week at Laetitia's place. The studio is small but well equipped and you can feel as at your own home. Really tidy and close to all the main beaches (Palombaggia and St. Giulia only 5 mins away). Laetitia was super nice and she is a perfect host! We definitley reccomend it!

Perfect week in corsica

We had a perfect week in the studio and we can just recommend it to everybody! It is very comfortable, modern and clean.It has a stunning garden and is near to the paradise beaches. Inside the studio you find everything you need and we didn't miss anything. Laetitia gave us many recommendations where to eat or go for a swim. So thank you for everything, Laetitia :-)

Perfect week in a beautiful apartment

We had a perfect week at your apartment, Laetitia!! We can just recommend it to everybody! It has a stunning garden with sun beds, a hammock (which we loved!!!) a big table, barbecue... and the inside of the apartment is decorated with so much love and joy! You really can feel good vibes in there:-) so it's very easy to forget all your problems and just have a good time. Especially thanks to the perfect location (5-10 min) near to the paradise beaches of Palombaggia, Sta Giuilia, etc... on top of that Laetitia gave us many recommendations where to eat and go out and they all were pretty amazing! So thank you Laetitia, we really hope to see you again and we are already looking forward to come back to lovely Corse!!!:-) Bisous Marcel&Matthias

Un petit coin tranquille

Appartement bien situé, confortable, un très bon accueil, Françoise la maman de laetitia á tout fait pour que nous nous sentions comme á la maison !!! Pas de vis à vis, pas trop loin des plages, au calme de vraies vacances !!!! Si nous pouvons nous reviendrons.

Un accueil très attentionné de la part de Laetitia. Le studio est confortable, tout à fait conforme à ce qui était annoncé, et le jardin agréable. J'ai apprécié le petit plus "hamac". Bonne situation au calme sans être loin des plages ou des axes pour se déplacer dans la région. Je recommande.

Notre séjour chez Laetitia fut très agréable et nous la remercions pour son accueil très sympathique. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ses conseils en matière de restauration.... La location est tout à fait conforme à la description et la situation près des plages très appréciable. La localisation est idéale pour profiter des environs de Porto-Vecchio et de Bonifacio. EXCELLENT SEJOUR

Un havre de paix !

Avec un air de petit bout du monde, avons trouve en couple durant 2 semaines ce que nous recherchions, paix et serenite...Tout etait conforme a nos attentes meme au dela !! Une mention speciale a notre hotesse Laetitia pour ses grandes qualites de coeur, son accueil chaleureux avec panier repas (rien n,y manquait ), sa prevenance, sa disponibilite et ses conseils precieux..." Casa fantastica. Laetitia proprietaria splendida.

Casa perfettamente rispondente alla descrizione. Ottime condizioni di manutenzione e di pulizia sia interne che esterne. Qualsiasi attrezzatura per la cucina è esistente. Letto confortevole. Patio esterno dove poter cenare e giardino in ottime condizioni con vari lettini prendisole ed amaca. Posizione molto comoda per raggiungere le spiagge più belle della zona e di una tranquillità invidiabile. Oltre questo il valore aggiunto è costituito dalla proprietaria Laetitia, persona veramente splendida e da sua madre altrettanto gentile. Al nostro arrivo ci ha fatto trovare, come regalo di benvenuti, frutta, verdura, bibite, caffè, salumi, vino ed altro ancora. Che dire! Delle vere Signore. Veramente consigliatissimo.

un havre de paix où il fait bon se ressourcer après avoir profité du sable blanc et de l'eau limpide de la plage de Palombaggia. Un accueil des plus chaleureux : ici on est aux petits soins de ses "invités". Le studio est très agréable, pratique et décoré avec goût. A noter le restaurant de plage Playa Baggia, des plats superbes, une équipe dynamique, des prix raisonnables pour le lieu magique.

Excellent séjour à Porto-Vecchio

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Le studio est tout propre, au calme (attention, pas de réseau avec les portables SFR et Bouygues), à 3mn en voiture de Palombaggia et à 6mn d'une super chouette pizzeria avec vue magnifique. Et Laetitia est toujours prête à partager ses bonnes adresses! Bref, un régal! Encore merci pour ces belles vacances! Bien cordialement E&M

Très agréable studio dans un charmant jardin

La propriétaire, Laëtitia, est adorable et prévenante. Son studio est l'exacte description de l'annonce. Aucune mauvaise surprise ; le lieu est impeccable. Le jardin garde l'esprit maquis mais il est paysagé et très bien entretenu. Bucolique. L'accès au logement était clair. La situation permet d'accéder rapidement à Porto Vecchio ou encore Bonifacio, puisque proche de la Nationale, mais surtout à plusieurs plages paradisiaques que Laëtitia vous nommera, ainsi que de nombreux restaurants. Vous y passerez un très agréable séjour.

un petit Paradis

Nous avons passé deux très bonnes semaines dans cette location très bien équipée et très propre, proche de magnifiques plages. Le jardin très fleuri est propice au repos et à la détente. Laetitia est une personne adorable qui nous a indiqué les jolies plages , les petits restaurants etc.. Nous y retournerons avec énormément de plaisir.

charmant studio avec terrasse et jardin!

Nous venons de passer 15 jours dans ce charmant studio, confortable et bien équipé, (très bien entretenu), bénéficiant de surcroît d'une jolie terrasse et d'un jardin joliment fleuri et arboré, il y a même un hamac pour profiter d'une sieste avant de se rendre à la superbe plage de Palombaggia est à 5 mn!!!! le rêve!!!!! Un accueil chaleureux et attentif de la propriétaire, une bouteille de bon rosé au frais à notre arrivée ainsi qu'un panier d'accueil, chapeau!!! conseils judicieux également pour les loisirs et les restaurants. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le restaurant de plage le PLAYA BAGGIA, qui propose une cuisine raffinée à base de produits frais , Club de plongée sur la plage, et autres sports nautiques. Bref pour nous de super vacances
