Le Caillou is a characterful country house dating back to 1733, situated on a sunny hill with spacious grounds just outside the picturesque village of Sigoules, in the heart of the Dordogne. The interior reflects the character of the historic manor, featuring a cozy living room with a wood-burning stove and a small television for relaxation. The separate, fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need: an American fridge-freezer, Nespresso machine, air fryer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, and blender. The house has three comfortable bedrooms: two with double beds and one with two single beds. The bathroom includes a bathtub, a shower, and a hairdryer, complemented by two separate toilets for extra convenience.

The house is surrounded by spacious and atmospheric grounds with various spots to unwind. The heated private swimming pool (5 x 11 meters, depth 1 to 2.2 meters) is designed for enjoyment.
