The Neighborhood:
This apartment in Porth offers a wonderful coastal escape with plenty to enjoy right on your doorstep. Porth Beach is a wide, sandy bay ideal for swimming, paddleboarding and family-friendly beach days, with rock pools to explore at low tide.
The beach is backed by cafés and restaurants, making it easy to spend the whole day by the sea. And the best part is they are all within 30 seconds to a few minutes walk! The Mermaid Inn is literally on the beach, and a great spot for family-friendly dining and evening drinks. There are also numerous other bars and pubs. For slightly more upmarket food, try Porth Beach Hotel and Restaurant or Sea Space. Roo's Coffee is a great place for hot drinks and snacks, and you'll find a stone-baked pizza van on certain days in the spring and summer.
The South West Coast Path runs through Porth, offering stunning cliff-top walks with views across the bay towards Newquay and Watergate Bay. For a short local walk, cross the footbridge to Porth Island for panoramic views and a peaceful spot to watch the sunset.
Just a short drive or coastal walk away, Newquay offers a lively mix of surf beaches, shops and attractions. Visit Fistral Beach for surfing and water sports, explore Newquay Harbour, or enjoy family attractions such as the Blue Reef Aquarium. Newquay’s town centre is packed with cafés, bars and restaurants, offering something for every taste.
To the north, Watergate Bay is famous for its sweeping sandy beach and excellent surf conditions. It’s a fantastic spot for beach walks, kite surfing or simply enjoying the dramatic Atlantic views. The area is also home to renowned restaurants and relaxed beachside dining.
Further afield, head towards Padstow for its harbour, coastal walks and seafood scene. Or in the other direction, traverse the expansive beaches of Crantock and Holywell Bay - often less busy than Newquay.
With beautiful beaches, scenic walking routes and easy access to Cornwall’s best surf and food spots, Porth is an ideal base for a memorable seaside holiday.

The apartment also caters well to those who do drive. There is one allocated parking space with one additional space available on a first-come, first-served basis. You'll also find an EV charger available to use at your convenience (charges apply).
Other Things to Note:
The apartment is on the ground floor and can be accessed via sliding doors from the car park. There is a small threshold step between the sliding door and the interior. However, please note that to access the front door, you must enter from the rear car park and descend one flight of stairs. Once inside, it's all on one level.
Please note that the default set up is a super-king. The twin won't be made up unless requested.
For larger groups, there are another six 3-bedroom apartments in the building that are available for booking. Two are on each level, with a larger penthouse on the top floor.
