Guests are encouraged to help themselves to the snacks, water, and beverages provided. Our hospitality extends to ensuring you have a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and all our amenities are there for your convenience.

This guide serves as a helpful resource for guests to make the most out of their vacation experience.

Each bedroom is equipped with extra sheets and towels for your convenience. This ensures that you have everything you need for a comfortable stay without having to request additional linens.

Please Note: Based on availability and length of stay extra towels/linens may not be available.


In each restroom, there is an "in case you forgot basket" stocked with toiletries and other items you may need during your stay. This caters to guests who may have forgotten to pack or simply left some of these essential items behind. No worries, we got you!

Pool towels are provided and can be found a basket by the patio door. Guests are encouraged to use these towels specifically for poolside activities.

Our Townhouse Villa is in the newest area of Punta Cana Called Vista Cana and is approximately 25 minutes walking distance from the Lagoon and Pool Bar area.

Transportation Note: Uber vs. Private Car Services
While Uber is available in Punta Cana, we’ve found that it’s not always the most reliable option—especially for guests traveling to newer communities like Vista Cana.

Many Uber drivers come from outside Punta Cana and may be unfamiliar with local roads or recent developments, which can cause delays or confusion during pick-up and drop-off.

However, please note: Despite these tools, we cannot be held responsible for any issues caused by third-party ride services such as Uber.

For a stress-free arrival and departure, we highly recommend using a trusted private car service, which we are happy to help arrange.

No Smoking Policy: The villa operates under a strict no-indoor smoking policy. If guests wish to smoke, they are required to do so outside with doors and windows closed to prevent smoke from entering the premises. Any violation of this policy may result in an additional fee being assessed.

Please do not move any furniture, mirrors or remove any artwork from the Villa. This helps to maintain the integrity of the space and ensures that everything remains in its designated place.

A/C Use Policy – Please Read
To help manage energy use and maintain a comfortable environment for all guests, please turn off all air conditioning units when not in use.

Our property benefits from a refreshing Caribbean breeze, which you can enjoy by opening the main doors and windows and using the ceiling fans provided.

A/C units cool each room quickly when doors and windows are closed, so there's no need to keep them running continuously.
Excessive A/C use may result in additional electricity usage fees, as each stay includes a daily energy allowance.

Please note:
Each A/C unit is equipped with a sensor that helps us monitor usage and ensure efficient operation.
Tampering with or disconnecting any sensor will result in a 50 USD fine per sensor, per incident.

We appreciate your cooperation in helping us provide a sustainable and enjoyable stay for all guests.

Electricity Usage Policy:
To ensure fair and sustainable energy use, each stay includes an electricity allowance of 20 USD per day, which covers approximately 100 kWh daily.

We kindly ask guests to be mindful of consumption by turning off lights and air conditioning units when not in use.

We actively monitor usage throughout your stay to help you avoid power interruptions. If you're approaching your daily limit, we will notify you so you can adjust accordingly.

Please note:
Overages will incur an additional charge based on actual usage.
Power loss between 12:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. may be due to exceeded usage and is not the responsibility of the host.

FOR YOUR INFORMATION: There are a total of 1 integrated camera on the smart lock for the main entrance door leading into the condo where guests enter their access code to get in. There are no internal cameras anywhere in our home, as per Airbnb rules.

Feel free to contact us at any time with questions, concerns, or if assistance is required during your stay. If outside of business hours, we will respond first thing the following morning. Thus, ensuring our guests feel supported and have a point of contact for any issues that may arise.

Our house rules are designed to promote a comfortable, enjoyable, safe and respectful environment for all guests staying at our Villa. Your cooperation and understanding are highly valued.
