The Villa sits within a 5 minutes Golf Cart ride or a 3 minute car ride of the Beach Club House and a beautiful Arena Gorda private white sandy beach. The villa is located within minutes from the Medical Center, 15 minutes from Jumbo Supermarket, Attractions, Downtown Punta Cana, Coco Bongo, and just 25 minutes from the Punta Cana Airport.
The villa also benefits from 24 hour security, discounted Golf Rage, & many amenities.

Turn off Air Conditioners
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Electricity: There is a charge of US$0.35 per Kilowatts which will be deducted from the damage deposit when the $350 electric surcharge is used.
Towels: Irremovable stains on towels or linens means that there will be a charge from the deposit to buy new ones.
Please do not sit when wet on any of the inside furniture, there will be a separate cleaning charge. There will be a cleaning fee for any stains.
