CasaFedra:Elegant Loft on the lakefront in the Heart of the Historic Center

Enjoy a stylish vacation in this delightful, newly renovated loft located in a historic building in the center of Maderno. Just across the street, you'll find yourself directly on the beautiful lakeside promenade. Given its central location, all amenities are just a few dozen meters away: restaurants, bars, ice cream parlors, a supermarket, and a pharmacy.
Numerous beaches are easily accessible on foot. Convenient parking is available near the apartment (12 euros/24h).

The space
CasaFedra is located on the second and top floor of a beautiful historic building in the center of Maderno. All kinds of bars, restaurants, pubs, and ice cream parlors are located right next door. The pharmacy and supermarket are easily accessible on foot in less than 5 minutes.
Every comfort is at your disposal: a kitchen with an induction stove, dishwasher, and all kitchen accessories.
A toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, and kettle are also available, as well as a cordless vacuum cleaner.
50" Smart TV with internet and Italian digital terrestrial TV.
Sheets and towels are provided.
DAIKIN air conditioning.

A few meters from CasaFedra, you'll find a beautiful panoramic pool with a whirlpool, with which we have a partnership (all-day pool entry is €8). Located on the top floor of a hotel, it's where you can spend relaxing days with magnificent views of the lake and surrounding mountains.
A lunch bar and spa with a variety of offers are also available.
The service is available from June to November.
