La Casetta is a cosy 100-square-meter home located in the historic centre of Stalettì, a hillside village in the province of Catanzaro. The location is ideal for those seeking tranquility and authenticity, with the added benefit of being just about 15 minutes from the sea.

The house spans three floors and is perfect for families or groups of up to 6 guests.

At the entrance on the ground floor, there is a spacious entryway, a living area with a kitchen, and a half-bath (with a toilet and sink).

On the ground floor, there is a hallway with a washing machine, a spacious bedroom with two single beds and a bunk bed, and a full bathroom with a shower.

On the second floor, there is a double bedroom with a private full bathroom featuring a shower and a pleasant private veranda with a balcony, ideal for relaxing outdoors.

All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, and the house offers Wi-Fi for an even more comfortable stay. Pets are allowed for an additional fee.

From Stalettì, it’s easy to explore some of Calabria’s most beautiful areas: in just a few minutes, you can reach the splendid beaches of the Costa degli Aranci and the renowned towns of Soverato, ideal for days at the beach, walks along the boardwalk, and evenings spent at restaurants and bars.
In addition, the location is convenient for discovering the region’s villages and traditions, as well as for visiting Catanzaro.
