The Apartment

The accommodation opens onto a welcoming living room with a sofa bed, from which there is access to a distinctive designer loft, ideal as a reading corner or relaxation area, conceived as a link between the living and sleeping areas. The double bedroom is comfortable and well finished, while the separate and functional kitchenette is equipped with all the necessary appliances for a pleasant stay. The bathroom, bright thanks to a window, features a shower enclosure.

Guest Access

Check-in: Self check-in from 4:00 PM. Assistance is guaranteed by the agency staff until 7:00 PM.
Office hours: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM.
Please note: The apartment is located in a limited traffic zone and does not have a parking space. We will be happy to provide all information regarding nearby parking areas and the check-in and check-out procedures for guests arriving by car. The agency will not be responsible for any fines resulting from violations of traffic regulations.

Important Notes

Bed linen is not included. Guests may bring their own from home or request a rental at a cost of €20 per person, with at least 24 hours’ notice. Collection and return take place at the agency, unless otherwise agreed.
Crib and children up to 2 years old are not provided. No extra charge applies if guests bring their own crib or if the child sleeps in the parents’ bed.
