A newly built (2022), fully detached 2-bedroom home located in Northway (OX3), offering the entire property for your stay. Total floor area is 79m² and the location is door number “12a Borrowmead Road”
The house has been recently refurbished to a high modern standard and is fitted with underfloor heating throughout.
Contemporary furnishings and luxurious, freshly prepared bedding ensure a comfortable and restful night’s sleep.
The property features two fully renovated bathrooms with premium finishes. The upstairs bathroom includes a walk-in shower, illuminated mirrors, adjustable spot lighting and a handheld bidet. Both bathrooms allow guests to control the brightness to suit their preference.
A modern Lamona-designed kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances (Pans, Cutlery etc), ideal for both short and extended stays.
The spacious living room provides a warm, cozy atmosphere while comfortably accommodating up to two families. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV (with LED lights wrapped around, giving that aesthetic, late night vibe) and fast, full-fibre plus Wi-Fi for work or entertainment. There will also be board games available.
Outside, guests can access the private outdoor area via the kitchen back door or side entrance, featuring metal seating, tables, and painted garden storage cabinets.
Free private parking is available directly in front of the property, with space for 2 vehicles.
The location offers excellent access to Oxford’s historic landmarks and architecture, including the Ashmolean Museum, University of Oxford, Oxford Brookes University, etc, all within a 20–30 minute walk.The Oxford Centre for Islamic studies & mosque is a 10 minute walk. There is a local church just 50 steps from the house. The world famous “Bicester Village” is a 30 minute drive away
For convenience, local shops are just 2 minutes away, John Radcliffe Hospital is a 10-minute walk.
