Host Wayne is very quick to respond to all questions, and makes sure your stay is comfortable. This home is in a very safe and quiet area, and we loved being able to walk one block to the beach, restaurants and coffee shops. The home is very clean and comfortable. We were at family gatherings most of our stay and didn’t use the kitchen for meals, but the kitchen looked well stocked for cooking. We will definitely stay again if the need arises!

It more than met our needs - we had a great stay and the owner was extremely attentive and helpful. The check in was difficult - totally not the owner's fault and really put him at a disadvantage. Parking a little difficult - one space on street - but doable. You can't beat the location - close to beach and can take advantage of mass transportation to downtown. We were in the off season - so the price was very reasonable. We would definitely book again and hope to this summer - if it is available - but afraid it might be full already.

Wayne was amazing! He throughly went over everything to expect at the property prior to arrival. He also gave great recommendation's on restaurants and things to do. The home was conveniently located within walking distance of Alki beach and a lot of lovely restaurants and business in the area.
