The bedrooms comprise a super-king-size zip/link (can be twin on request), a king-size and a double. There is a bathroom with a bath, walk-in shower, basin and WC, along with a separate cloakroom with basin and WC, plus a useful utility room. Central heating, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Outside, there is a courtyard with furniture and an enclosed patio with a hot tub, alongside ample designated off-road parking. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. A shop is 4.6 miles away and a river is 0.6 miles away.
