Appleton House is a characterful, spacious seaside home in Lower Largo, set in an enviable position above the village’s long sandy beach with glorious views and a wonderfully direct connection to the shoreline. Sleeping up to nine guests across five bedrooms with three bathrooms, it is an ideal choice for larger families, multi generational stays and groups who want plenty of space along with one of the best locations on the Fife coast. One of the standout features is the direct beach access, with a gate and steps leading down from the south facing patio to the sand, or straight to the sea depending on the tide, making it effortless to dip in and out for morning walks, beach days and sunset strolls. Inside, the house has a warm, traditional feel with generous rooms that make settling in easy, and a flexible bedroom layout that suits a range of groups, including a small single bedroom leading off a double which creates an ideal family suite. Two bedrooms benefit from en suite bathrooms, and there is also a ground floor bedroom and family bathroom which is a real advantage for guests who prefer fewer stairs or have mobility considerations. With wireless internet included and local pubs and a shop within walking distance, Appleton House offers the perfect mix of coastal escape and everyday convenience, all wrapped up in a classic Lower Largo setting where the beach is always just moments away.
