Nice, quite, comfortable condo unit in a small complex located in the heart of Lafayette. Walking distance to Girard Park, Lafayette General Hospital and just a short distance from University of Louisiana, Moncus Park (Lafayette Central Park), great restaurants and neighborhood grocery as well as all University sporting and Cajundome events!. This condo is perfect for any traveler or small family/group. Jack and Jill bathroom and a large balcony overlooking the pool. Two bedrooms featuring one King and Queen in second bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen for home cooked meals and plenty of great local restaurants serving our own Cajun cuisine that Makes Acadiana such a great place to visit. Owners live nearby to make your stay as carefree and enjoyable as possible. Whether coming for the many festivals, concerts, sporting events or for business and family getaways, this is a great location for a peaceful and comfortable stay. Weekly and monthly rates available. Minimum 2 night stay!

Gerald & Lynda Judice, born and raised in Lafayette, Louisiana. Self Employed restaurant operator (Judice Inn, a 70 year old hamburger restaurant that has been voted best burger in town for over 20 years) and co-owner of a small movie theater (St. Landry Cinema in Opelousas, LA). Married with 3 grown children and one granddaughter. My wife, Lynda and I love to travel! Prefer staying in owner run locations rather than traditional hotel or motel setting. Have stayed at several VRBO & Airbnb locations and have had great experiences! Hope our property provides many wonderful memories.
Why they chose this property
Very nice and well maintained complex built around the 70's with easy access to LGMC, university, local sporting events, concerts, local parks as well as downtown and the many festivals held around Acadiana. It is an attractive alternative for all who seek a private and peaceful location instead of the usual hotel or chain style unit. Condo is located on the backside of complex with a pool view from the balcony and is a very quiet unit. It has a rear access road for ease of entrance and exit, nearby neighborhood grocery, drug store and several highly rated local restaurants make this a very desirable location with keyless access to unit! Wireless internet provided with a 40" flat screen TV in living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and front loading washer and dryer in the unit. This is a perfect unit for business travelers, small families or a weekend getaway for friends and couples. Lynda and I live near by and are available to answer your questions or give suggestions for your stay.
