The property was very clean, well stocked, and comfortable! It is very conveniently located. Lisa was great- super welcoming, friendly, and kind. The biggest (only) issue really was dealing with the third party that the bookings go through- when arriving nobody was there and we did not get any information about checking in/accessing the door code. No answer on the phone or the VRBO chat with the third party. Sometimes the chat took over 24 hours to get a response. I would love to stay again sometime when we visit our family in New Milford- especially if arrangements could be made directly with Lisa.
